Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from Earth's Natural Soaps.
No Returns Accepted:
Due to the personal nature of the handcrafted soap products and for hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges for opened or used items are not accepted.
Exceptions (Refunds or Replacements): Refunds or replacements will be offered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact earthsnaturalsoaps@protonmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide photos and a description of the issue. A full refund or a replacement free of charge may be offered.
- Incorrect Item Received: If a different soap than what was ordered is received, contact earthsnaturalsoaps@protonmail.com immediately. Do not open or use the incorrect soap. The correct item will be sent or a full refund will be issued.
- Quality Concerns: If a quality issue is experienced with the soap (e.g., it doesn't lather as expected), contact earthsnaturalsoaps.com within 14 days of receiving the order to discuss the issue.
Process for Refund/Replacement: To request a refund or replacement for one of the reasons listed above, contact the customer service team at earthsnaturalsoaps@protonmail.com with the order number and details of the issue. You will be guided through the next steps.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase and ensuring there are no allergies to any components of the soaps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
